I'm Piotr Gąsik — a Salesforce Marketing Cloud architect and consultant. For over a decade I've designed, rebuilt and rescued marketing programs on the platform, and I hold 11 Salesforce certifications across the Salesforce stack.
I've worked across many industries, and that range is the point — the platform patterns repeat, but the business questions don't. Good architecture starts by telling the two apart.
I've led migrations, rebuilt data models mid-flight, and run journey audits that had to answer to a CFO, not just a release note. The hard part is rarely the platform — it's asking the business question before the technical one.
